The same day also sees One Step From Eden, an indie game that “combines deck-building and real-time action with rogue-like elements”, coming to console and PC subscribers. The fan-favourite instalment in the crime saga has been updated with Grand Theft Auto V controls, on top of all the visual enhancements a remaster brings. Two days later, November 11 will see Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition join Game Pass, available on console only. Microsoft says the latter is “a tailored version of Football Manager that’s been adapted for console play on the biggest stage”. The ‘regular’ version of the sports management sim will be available to PC players only, while Football Manager 2022: Xbox Edition will be accessible on Xbox consoles, over the cloud, or on PC too. With good cooperation and planning, it will be exciting to see what theme parks come out of these new co-op levels.November 9 isn’t just about cars, as Forza Horizon 5 will be joined by two versions of Football Manager 2022. However, this sounds like a lot of fun with two to three other friends. Eight player co-op seems like it could get very chaotic, and people might clash over how the park should look or could run into budgeting issues really fast. The spiritual successor to Rollercoaster Tycoon adds an eight-player multiplayer mode, where Rollercoaster Tycoon World had a four-player co-op mode. Many fans will be happy to be able to play the game with friends, especially during a pandemic. Players can invite other players to lobbies through Steam. One person can build the rollercoaster, while someone else builds the building that leads up to the rollercoaster. Players can see what other players are building, so they can coordinate how to build the park. Up to eight players can build a theme park together online. Parkitect released two years ago this week, and to celebrate, a new update is launching that adds co-op.
